Audrey O’Donnell-Parr
Audrey is a creative, a big thinker and a heartful performer.
Falling in love with theatre from a young age, she has been involved in many community theatre productions in Northern NSW including Tweed Theatre Company (TTC), Murwillumbah Theatre Company (MTC) and Byron Youth Theatre (BYT). Productions have ranged from pantomimes such as Dick Whittington and His Cat and Alice in Wonderland (TTC) to Macbeth (MTC) and a forum theatre production Trigger (BYT). Audrey has also completed Levels one and two of David Diamond’s Theatre for Living workshops, which re-imagine concepts of Augusto Boal’s Theatre of the Oppressed. In year 12, Audrey was nominated for OnStage, a showcase of high achieving performances in Drama.
Audrey was introduced to the world of Shakespeare in early high school, and has loved it ever since. She has participated in the Northern Rivers Performing Arts’ Youth Street Shakespeare workshop and QSE’s own Young Actor’s Shakespeare Intensive. Audrey was shortlisted for the John Bell Scholarship at Bell Shakespeare.
Audrey is thrilled to be an Apprentice and is looking forward to playing with and learning from the QSE folk.
