LEAH MUSTARD

2026 is Leah’s fifth year playing with the Queensland Shakespeare Ensemble, joining in 2021 as an Apprentice. After completing the Advanced Apprenticeship program in 2023, she then joined the Core Ensemble.

Leah has performed in a variety of shows with QSE, including A Midsummer Night’s Dream (2025), Julius Caesar (2024), Tartuffe (2024), The Penelopiad (2023) and Macbeth (2022). She is also a regular in Shakespeare’s Shorts, Half-Hour Hamlet and Instant Romeo and Juliet. With Thunderbear Productions, she performed in As You Like It (2021) for Anywhere Theatre Festival. In 2022, she was also at the Short + Sweet Festival in Judgement Day, and The Bald Soprano at the University of Queensland.

Leah has a Bachelor of Secondary Education/Arts (Honours) from the University of Queensland.

As an artist, Leah is interested in the intersection between education and theatre, as well as making classical texts more accessible to young people.
